		<description>@Justin, I doubt that unless your constantly slamming the services that you&#039;d get flagged for spam.  It&#039;d be a huge pain in the ass to week it down considering services like pingomatic.com ping tons of places.</description>

		<description>Honestly, I wouldn&#039;t use this list.  Some places will think you are spamming after a short period of time with this list.  I would look at all the services on this list and refine it not hitting the same ones multiple times.  my 2 cents</description>

Here&#039;s a question for ya - some services issue a throttle type response - so is there any point having so many? Especially as some, like pingomatic ping about 20 services, as does Google BlogSearch..
